Elizabeth Mary Petsinis
Elizabeth joined RCPT over 15 years ago in an administrative support role and has grown with the business ever since – seeing it from every angle before stepping into the role of Director.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), a Juris Doctor, and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Conveyancing), but her strength lies in how she applies that knowledge in the real world. Elizabeth is deeply passionate about property and has personally developed several mixed-use projects in the local area, one of which she now calls home.
This hands-on experience means she understands the full property journey, not just the legal paperwork. She thinks practically, plans ahead, and anticipates issues before they arise – so nothing is missed, and clients are prepared for every eventuality. Her approach blends strong legal foundations with commercial awareness and clear communication, giving clients confidence at every stage of the process.
Peter Petsinis
Peter is the original founder of RCPT and has been practising in the property industry for over 40 years. A lifelong Northcote local, he has witnessed – and helped shape – the evolution of property law and development across Victoria.
Over his career, Peter has been involved in countless transactions, from straightforward residential sales to complex, large-scale commercial and development projects. He has also played an active role in property development himself, while advising and supporting many other developers along the way.
With decades of experience behind him, Peter brings a depth of knowledge that only comes from having seen it all. His insight continues to be an invaluable asset to both the firm and its clients.
